responsibilities
• You will assist with the implementation of trade complianceprocesses, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with import/exportregulations and corporate policies.
• You will perform order clearances in close collaboration withother ECC personnel.
• You will conduct trade compliance risk assessments for businessoperations; identify trade compliance issues within the business units; assistwith trade compliance audits; conduct root cause analysis and oversee theimplementation of corrective actions.
• You will monitor and keep track of changes in governmentpolicies, export control, sanctions and customs rules and regulations as theyrelate to company operations.
• You will participate in cross functional projects and supportregular ECC training to targeted business groups.
• You will provide support and consulting to organizational unitswithin the area of responsibility and actively cooperates with ECC Headquarteras well as in Best Practice Sharing.
• You will ensure country specific processes and procedureswithin global HC ECC framework.
