As a systems engineer on our team, you ll contribute to problem definition, design, requirements analysis, systems analysis, development, test and evaluation, capability planning, and reliability or maintainability of systems being developed for DoD platforms required to meet technical objectives. You will apply analytical and systematic approaches to mission support for capability planning and requirements analysis, in addition to resolving problems of workflow, organization, and planning. Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
  
• 5+ years of experience with solving complex systems engineering problems using standard methodologies
  
• Experience with supporting the design, development, and review of systems engineering design artifacts, including Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), requirements analysis, interface design, system architecture development, or system performance analysis
  
• Experience with preparing system documentation including functional descriptions, system diagrams, system specifications, and user manuals
  
• Knowledge of the systems engineering life cycle
  
• HS diploma or GED
  
• Ability to obtain IAT II certification within 30 days of hire
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Windows and Linux Operating systems, services, containers, and VMs
  
• Experience with migrating on-premise solutions to cloud providers
  
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including topology, protocols, components, and principles
  
• Bachelors degree
