Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designs all marketing collaterals and branding materials of the hospitalstatic animated print digital and online.
  • Monitors the production deployment and installation of all marketing collaterals and branding materials.
  • Coordinates offline thematic and tactical communication campaigns such as print ads radio ads car ads outdoor ads electronic ads SMS promotions press releases among others.
  • Coordinates and manages the relationship with all external agencies including advertising creative advertising placement public relations transit media electronic media mobile media website digital marketing among others.
  • Coordinates and manages the relationship with all vendors for belowtheline marketing materials.
  • Manages the official brand website and updates its content on a regular basis through the website agency.
  • Manages the brands online presence via website social media platforms (Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube etc.) search engine optimization and online advertising.
  • Manages the brands social media platforms through calendar creation content creation regular posting answering inquiries/ comments/ feedback and overall online community management/ engagement.
  • Coordinates all community events including wellness camps screening campaigns health lectures Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and customer retention events.
  • Coordinates all medical events including medical conferences and Continuing Medical Education (CME) lectures for physicians and communitybased doctors
  • Assists all medical departments in developing educational materials and literatures for the guests/patients
  • Assists internal stakeholders and departments in designing internal communication materials.

Occupational Safety and Health Management

Responsibilities:

  • Perform his/her respective activities complying to all occupational safety healthy requirements at all times; and imposed discipline in managing his/her own wastes.
  • Report as much occurrence including nearmisses and incidents related occupational safety health as he/she can in a written form and communicate it to his/her heads and/or OSH officer.
  • Participate in any OSH endeavors and campaigns of the hospital to promote a health and safety culture; and comply with OSH policies and procedures and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the success of the OSHMS.

Accountabilities:

  • Attend regular oneonone OSH meetings
  • Participate in OSH Performance Development Scheme
  • Comply with OSH Job description.

Authority:

  • Commence an emergency response
  • Raise OSH issue
  • Cease work where there is an immediate and serious threat to the OSH

Infection Control

  • All employees are personally accountable for their actions and are responsible for ensuring that they comply with infection prevention and control policies.

Health care workers are responsible for identifying infectious conditions that require specific controls to protect themselves and their patients. In addition they are responsible for notifying the infection prevention.

Quality

  • Be aware of Mission Vision and Values
  • Comply with Law and regulations requirements
  • Implement Standardized Hospital Wide management system
  • Keep updated with most current updated guidelines trainings related policies procedures plans and related documents in the shared folder attend drills and share related quality activities and improvement projects

  • Bachelors degree/diploma in Marketing or equivalent
  • Computer literate and competent on windows application
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the similar field
  • Preferably with experience in healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
