Event planner

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the event
• Design and plan events, including selecting themes, creating layouts, and suggesting decor and ambiance
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers involved in the event
• Create detailed budgets and manage expenses
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation
• Oversee event set-up, ensuring everything is executed according to the plan
• Manage event day operations, including handling any issues or emergencies that may arise
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout the event
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role, preferably in a high-end, luxury setting
• In-depth knowledge of event planning concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong creativity and design skills, with the ability to transform ideas into visually stunning events
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and meticulousness in event execution
