- Manage the day to day operations of the personnel or projects under your control to ensure the set objectives are being met.
- monitoring operational & financial performance of the personnel or project being handled
- Direct and ensure implementation of the set business strategy through achievement of milestones across approved timeline.
- Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures
- Managing lead and customer acquisition by assisting with the development of businesses partner network in key markets and industries
- Boosts company revenue
- Increase awareness in collaboration with other business leaders, as well develop customer retention and loyalty
- Define and manage brands and coordinate brand support activities, using brand tracking and performance analysis to inform future brand activities
- Contribute ideas to brand plans and support in achieving brand positioning
- Review and approve the proposed customer journey based on the analysis conducted on consumer behavior to ensure the alignment of branding strategies and plans with the customer
- Create and maintain content providing search engine optimization for the BU’s social media platforms and websites.
- Communicate with clients to understand their wants, needs, and special requests, especially during events
- Negotiate and contract with vendors to ensure the success of the event.
- Plan and organize events from concept to finish in accordance with the preference of the client as well as within allocated budget
- Supervise the designs for the organization as per annual plan and ensure its compliance to the corporate identity, theme, ethics, and codes of conduct.
