Providing detailed and budget estimate preparation/ quotes for Joinery, Interior Fit-out, Loose Furniture’s and Upholstery works to submit to clients.
Preparing of detailed BOQ, rate analysis based on design, drawing.
Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.
Ability to manage a full tender process and identify the qualified suppliers and subcontractor to get the quotes for pricing.
