Estimation Engineer

• Creation of Bids
• Managing and prioritizing workload.
• Bid/No Bid management.
• Follow Bid Process Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out value engineering studies.
• Review tender / contract documents to understand the complete scope for tendering projects.
• Contractors for outsourced scope of work.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
• Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
• Achieve Pre-sales targets set by the management.
• 100% Customer Compliance.
• Meet all internal and external deadlines.
• Bid/No Bid Meeting held, and form completed and signed by senior management.
• 100% compliance with bid process.
  

Key Accountability 2: Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Achieve and enhance customer satisfaction by meeting and /or exceeding the customer requirements.
• Clear communications with all customers
• Liaise internally with all departments especially HR, finance, operations and commercial.
• Contribute to develop a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationships with client, client representatives.
