- Provide data in required oracle fusion specific templates, verifying the data during data load and reconciliation during the configure and build phase of oracle project.
- Cleanse and confirm the data from the legacy system as per requirement, data reconciliation with the legacy system and fusion cloud during the data refinement phase of the oracle project.
- Prepare cleansed data for active employees, assignments data including End of Service, location, departments, org trees, dept trees, grades, job family, jobs, position, person address, passport visa, Document records, contracts, dependents, line managers, salary, work schedule, absence etc.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, connections, links, and inconsistencies/errors in complex HR data sets and processes.
- Review, validate & confirm the data and provide feedback for any changes required during the different phases of the erp project SIT, KUT, UAT & Cutover sanity test.
- Take ownership of the data and closely work with the business, IT, and implementation partner to define the project objectives.
- Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other HR functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Identifies areas for HR data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
