- Playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations while also contributing to administrative tasks such as documentation, communication, and coordination.
- Oversee and manage employee training, training records, and timesheet management for hourly employees in production line.
- Coordinate the process for reordering non-conformant part and engineering changes (communication, tracking, escalation, and resolution) while supporting initiatives to reduce production errors, enhance product quality, increase overall productivity, and ensure accurate usage of SAP/MES systems by hourly employees.
