Our client is an international high end luxury brand in fashion jewelry is looking to hire a Merchandise Planner for their Dubai

MAIN PURPOSE

The Merchandise Planner is expected to develop financial plans and forecasts that align with the merchandise strategy to maximize sales and She/he is responsible for using analytics to prepare Sales/Stock projection and taking commercial decisions to achieve sales, margin, and sell-through across boutiques and points of
The Planner will manage boutiques and point of sales inventory levels and driving replenishment to achieve sales, inventory, and

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute pre-season financial planning activities and forecast sales and stock
Ensure that each collection is planned and managed at appropriate growth rates and inventory is allocated properly to each point of
Provide analytics to support collections orders by
Ensure stock plans appropriately reflect sales and margin
Create a pre-season daily sales plan based on the marketing calendar, holiday shifts, markdown, and promotion
Handling Tiara System for shipment approvals and approval returns,
Monitoring and analyzing Stock inventories and preparing transfers between
Preparing Purchase orders of all types: Stock order, Event order, replenishment order, and send them to the
Follow-up with the workshop on all purchase orders and ensure delivery on
Allocate replenishment orders and shipments for each point of sales


Requirements


Proven work experience as a buyer, planner, or relevant role
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory
Must be highly analytical and strategic
Demonstrated skill at balancing multiple projects and making good decisions regarding prioritization
Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented fast-paced entrepreneurial
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Ensure the grooming guidelines set by the company are respected (Cloth, Hair, Make-up, and personal hygiene)
