- Lesson Planning and Assessment: Plan and prepare lesson plans and instructional materials in advance. Design assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress and achievement. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their learning and improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive and cooperative educational environment. Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required. Maintain open and effective communication channels with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
