Education and academic qualifications: Holds a bachelor’s degree in English language or English literature, preferably a master’s or doctoral degree in the same field.
Language and Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language in reading, writing and speaking, and a deep understanding of English grammar, morphology and literature.
Teaching and guidance: The ability to teach English in effective ways and communicate concepts clearly to students.
Teaching skills: Good understanding of methods of teaching English to non-native speakers, and the use of modern technologies in teaching and assessment.
