- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and the needs of the students.
- Facilitate active and interactive classroom discussions and activities to promote language learning.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to address their specific needs and areas for improvement.
- Assess student performance through a variety of methods, such as tests, projects, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Collaborate with other ESL teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to language instruction.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
