• Degree in Engineering -
• Aeronautical subjects/Mechanical/Avionics/Electronic/Technical Engineering OR Holding Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License (B1/B2)
• Experience of which at least 3 years as an Aircraft Instructor OR
• Licensed Aircraft holder with least 12 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering environment of which 3 years as an Instructor.
• Hold approval on at least one Aircraft Type (B777 or A380 or A350)
• Thorough knowledge of the Licensing System
• Ability to train, coach, counsel and guide
• Ability to deal with people in a persuasive and firm manner
• Excellent report writing and analytical thinking skills
