- Engage in multi-disciplinary teams to identify well stimulation challenges and provide solutions to fill the technology gaps. Initiate technology development proposals.
- Lead design and development of ML models for oil production applications (i.e. forecasting and optimization). Direct deployment of digital oilfield solutions and integration initiatives.
- Architect data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and visualization tools.
- Manage and mentor junior data scientists and engineers on the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments in Petroleum Engineering & Development to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
