Job Description

- Supervise and manage a team of engineers to ensure that engineering projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team as needed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure that projects are completed within allocated resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure that engineering projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their development and growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the engineering department.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the engineering team.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on project status and any issues or concerns that arise.
