Education and Qualifications: Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Higher degrees such as a Master's in Engineering may enhance qualifications.
Experience: Previous experience working on construction or engineering site projects, preferably experience in site business management.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of engineering drawings, construction materials, building systems, and technology used in projects.
Leadership skills: The ability to manage teams, direct workers, and coordinate efforts to achieve set goals.
