- Ensure preparation of the work plan and time schedule for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance on a weekly basis and those sufficient resources are sourced from contractors and vendors in order to keep the Plant running optimally and continuously.
- Ensures that maintenance resources are effectively allocated across the complex. Coordinates with maintenance engineers (mechanical/electrical/control) for scheduling of their area-related jobs, which involve maintenance facilities.
- Ensures that planning and scheduling are coordinated for plant modifications executed by the maintenance organization.
