Bachelor's degree in library and information science, information management, or related field.
Deep knowledge of professional practices and standards in records and information management.
Experience using electronic records management (ERM) systems and related software.
Ability to develop and implement records management procedures and preservation and abandonment policies.
Effective communication skills and dealing with internal and external customers.
The ability to deal with data and information of multiple types and formats.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to logs, privacy, and security.
