- Research and identify the mostappropriate options for the deliveryinfrastructure.
- Design the architecture of therequired infrastructure solution Manage thedeployment, maintenance and upgrade paths of theinfrastructure
- Identify, deploy and maintainappropriate connectivity options Maintain andtest Business Continuity plans andsystems Contribute to the overall quality ofservice delivered to internal users andclients.
- Support the Application Support teamin dealing with critical incidents in the Managed Serviceenvironment Design Contributeto the roadmap for the development and evolution of theinfrastructure that is appropriate for the current needs as well asscalable for the future needs of thebusiness
