Job Description

- Handles the day-to-day implementation of the Reliability tools and techniques (RCM, RCA, RIS, RBI, FMEA, LTA etc.) as per Reliability Procedures and applicable Sub Procedures.
- Applies RCA techniques, Barrier analysis, Bayesian inference, Causal factor tree analysis, Change analysis, Current Reality Tree, Failure mode and effects analysis, Fault tree analysis, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis, RPR Problem Diagnosis
- Prepare annual statistics reports based on actual investigations findings, analyze the common causes between them and develop short- and long-term plans for elimination. Prepare a proactive plan to identify and prevent potential system and human problems.
