- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the electrical & Automation equipment in the plant.
- Trouble shooting of all electrical equipment.
- Job will be in shifts as well as in General Shift as per plant requirement.
- Electrical spares making ready.
- Responsible for following established safety procedures including wearing PPE and lockout/tag out procedures.
- Keeping the seniors informed of the site requirements R&M work and developments.
- Regular electrical parameters checking as per Standard Electrical SOP
- Proficient with the operation application maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/DC motor PLC HMI system and drive systems. Read and understand electrical systems drawings.
- Follow company safety procedure & rules while working in plant.
- As per plant requirement should participate in the electrical maintenance activities in other sections also.
- Should be Proficient with PLC system Modification Back up Etc. Siemens & ABB system PLC will be preferable.
- Shall have sound knowledge in win CC & InTouch HMI system application Siemens S7 & ABB PLC system trouble shooting fault analyses and any kind of modification as per process needy.
- As a Shift Incharge will be responsible for all the activities in the shift.
- Responsible for maintaining all safety rules and procedures among the sub ordinates.
- Analysis of the shift problems / Breakdowns and suggest suitable solutions for the same.
- Must be familiar with the instrumentation.
- Should be familiar with the calibration of various instruments.
- Familiar with the standard maintenance procedures.
- Familiar with working in SAP system.
- Daily reporting as per department TOC.
