- Ensuring the smooth functioning of all generators transformers power distribution, MCC, MDP, EDP, Access control, telephony, Elevators, UPS as well as surveillance systems (e.g. cameras and access point)
- Assessing the BMS performance in a continuous basis through using standard techniques and reporting major incidents to the direct manager
- Recommending modification and upgrades including the development of new power saving techniques.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for projects.
- Performing of all BMS and electrical systems maintenance activities as well as troubleshooting and resolving daily power issues.
- Supervising and reviewing contractors work while ensuring conformance to approved plans and specifications.
- Check all blueprints of field of work and assist in the design and specifications of planned installations.
