Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs environmental orientation, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence. Adhere to and convey philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice individuality and a home-like environment for tenants. Record tenant information as required. Assist with individual tenant and group social recreation activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Must not engage in the use of illegal drugs; be free from dysfunctional use of alcohol. Must pass a criminal background check with Tribal, State and Federal Law Enforcement and be fingerprinted. Must have a Valid Oregon Drivers License, must be insurable under CTWS. Must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
