E-mail and Chat Agent - TASC Outsourcing

Our client is a multinational real estate development company. They are now looking for an Email and chat agent to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to social media email WhatsApp chat and phone inquiries from internal and external business and residential customers regarding a wide variety of matters. Supports company initiatives and promotions.
• Evaluate the problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions with bestinclass customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on procedures and processes to ensure the interaction is valuable to the customer
• Ensure escalations are followed up within the specified timeline
• Build customer loyalty by following customer social media inquiry
• Enhances the customer experience by providing sales information assistance through the use of up/crossselling sales techniques. Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Prior experience working in a similar role
