TASKS:
Coordinating and monitoring the procurement and delivery of materials, spare parts, and equipment required for the operations, ensuring timely availability;
Interfacing with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to track orders, expediting deliveries, and resolving any issues or delays in the procurement process;
Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, and inventory levels, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures and regulatory requirements;
Prioritizing and expediting urgent material requests, collaborating with internal stakeholders to fulfill critical equipment needs for the operations;
