E-Commerce Manager

Black & Grey HR is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join a dynamic wholesale car trading company based in Dubai UAE. As the Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for driving the companys online sales and presence in the competitive automotive market. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and execute digital strategies that maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and market share in the automotive industry.

Manage the companys ecommerce platform ensuring functionality user experience and performance meet or exceed industry standards.

Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings including pricing descriptions and images to drive conversions and customer engagement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic conversion rates average order value and customer acquisition costs to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to drive alignment and support business objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to innovate continuously and improve the ecommerce experience.

Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors agencies and partners to support ecommerce operations and initiatives.

Implement and maintain effective inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.

Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration marketing ecommerce or a related field.

Proven experience in ecommerce management preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms technologies and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute ecommerce strategies that drive measurable results.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.

Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
