Experience:
- E-Commerce/ Digital Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
- Communicating with customers via email, phone or social media to address issues or concerns
- Reviewing product listings on sites such as eBay or Amazon to ensure they are consistent with company policies
- Creating product descriptions and images that will help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and promotion of sales events to increase revenue
