- Supervision: Directly supervise and lead a team of ducting technicians and assistants, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems, including ductwork, vents, and air conditioning systems, in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that ducting installations meet industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to plan and schedule ducting installations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Material Management: Manage inventory and procurement of materials needed for ducting installations, ensuring that adequate supplies are available to support project timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training on safety procedures as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise during ducting installations, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and ensure project continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation plans, inspection reports, and project documentation. Ensure that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to ducting technicians and assistants, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in ducting systems and installation techniques.
