Mission

As an Architectural BIM Modeler at Grupo Casais your mission will be to create and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for our architectural projects not only in Dubai but in other geographies around the world where the company is present.

You will play a crucial role in the design and construction phases ensuring the accurate representation of architectural elements coordinating with various stakeholders and optimizing the overall project efficiency through BIM implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and precise 3D BIM models of architectural designs using industryleading software (e.g. Revit) while adhering to established standards and guidelines;

• Collaborate with architects engineers and other project team members to integrate architectural components seamlessly into the overall BIM model facilitating coordination and minimizing conflicts;

• Perform regular quality checks on BIM models to verify accuracy completeness and compliance with project requirements making necessary adjustments and updates as needed;

• Organize and manage BIM data ensuring proper version control and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle;

• Utilize BIM tools to identify clashes between architectural elements and other disciplines proposing solutions and resolving conflicts efficiently;

• Implement parametric modeling techniques to enhance the flexibility and versatility of BIM components facilitating design iterations and changes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling preferably with exposure to complex and largescale projects;
• Profound expertise in BIM software applications particularly Autodesk Revit and associated plugins. Familiarity with other BIMrelated tools will be an advantage as CAD software;
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles building codes and construction processes to accurately model architectural elements;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders;
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring the accuracy and precision of BIM models and project deliverables;
• Proactive problemsolving skills to identify clashes and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment;
• Familiarity with local industry standards protocols and best practices related to BIM implementation;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
