Draftsman - Architectural Civil

• Creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD software
• Collaborating with engineers and architects to understand design specifications
• Ensuring drawings are accurate and in compliance with industry standards.
• Preparing and presenting design concepts and ideas to clients.
• Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and estimates
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD software
• Modifying existing drawings to meet project requirements
• Prepare detailed architectural or MEP drawings related to Interior Fitout works.
• The person should be Technically sound to understand our requirements in order to prepare detailed Interior shop DWG’s .
• CAD professionals with substantial experience in AutoCAD and 3D Max (Interior Fitout related) are well versed in preparing Two-dimensional DWG’s and three-dimensional Designs and understand the detailed project requirements to support all stages of a project from concept to completion.

Preparing detailed Architectural designs and drawings as follows:

• Interior Details and Floor Plans
• Preparing details related to Window, door, and Finish Schedules.
• Preparing detailed Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP).
• Interior Elevations and cross sections.
• 3D solid modelling, and others.

Preparing detailed Interior Fitout drawings related to MEP Designs as follows.

• Electrical drawings related to the interior fitout
• Data and Tel drawings related to Interior fitout
• HVAC drawings
• Plumbing drawings
