- Bachelor's degree or a Degree from a technical college.
- 5 years of experience in contracting or consultancy within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contracting processes, project management, and consultancy practices.
- Proficiency in navigating legal and technical aspects of contracts.
- Preferably of Indian or Filipino nationality due to work visa requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of contracts and related documentation within the construction and consultancy projects.
- Support the coordination between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Participate in the review and analysis of contracts, identifying critical components and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Provide support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations as required.
