JOB PURPOSE
Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and database systems and follow-ups on periodical reports related to the IRS, ensure that the tasks assigned to rest of the Team members are completed within the timeframe given, arrange Section s meetings and write the minutes of meetings (MOM), provide the necessary support for the office administrative work as required, and communicate with investors to identify and meet their needs as required.
i. Follow-up on the periodic reports (weekly and monthly) of the IRS;
ii. Prepare and issue all official correspondences and letters of the IRS;
iii. Manage and follow-up on the Section s files to ensure correct documentation of information and carry out the administrative and supervisory work related to the files in accordance with the procedures and standards followed Information Lifecycle Management (ILM);
iv. Provide support for the Section s administrative work as required by the daily needs to carry out the tasks assigned to it;
v. Follow-up and coordinate the tasks assigned to the rest of the Section s Team to ensure completion of tasks on time according to the approved plan;
vi. Arrange Section s meetings with the different parties (internal and external) and ensure that all requirements are discussed and met in the meetings;
vii. Develop and update a comprehensive database for all investors on an ongoing basis;
viii. Work to automate the data of investors in the client and classify them according to the size and type of investment;
ix. Communicate periodically with investors of the other Sections in the CID through visiting them and holding meetings with them to identify their needs and meet them;
x. Write minutes of meetings (MOM), keep them in a special file, and follow up on the tasks assigned according to the instructions of the IRS Manager.
Requirements
i. Bachelor / Higher Diploma in business administration from a recognized university;
ii. 3-5 years of working experience.
iii. Customer complaints handling skills.
iv. Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
v. Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
vi. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
vii. Resourceful team player who excels at building trustable relationships with customers and colleagues.
