DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - ACONEX

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Document controllers responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy quality and integrity. Document Control Specialists help companies adhere to record retention policies safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolving technical issues through research and troubleshooting
• Training end users on the interface.
• Attending virtual catchups with Autodesk and Reseller on Product updates.
• Working with other integrated applications.
• Previous experience of document management systems essential
• Power BI and Data Analytics is an advantage.
• Expertise in Aconex
• Document/ Design Management experience
• ISO 19650 and PAS 1192 understanding an advantage.

KEY SKILLS:

• Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential
• Be detailoriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own initiative.
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Good problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
• Experience with Autodesk products (Revit) or other relevant products an advantage
• Strong communication and customer care skills
