SoftLabs is seeking Infrastructure Engineering Expert for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in

Responsibilities:

The Infrastructure Engineering Expert will provide highly technical expertise to support critical production applications for MyGov, Centrelink, Health Systems, and other programs as well as interagency processes for ATO, They also enable application function changes through build, design, and implementation of changes to the The Infrastructure Engineering Expert may be required to work in a roster supporting critical systems

Infrastructure Engineering Expert Key/Tasks Duties may include some or all the following:

• Manage, design, and build application environments based on Linux, WebSphere and MQ Maintain and operate WebSphere
  
• Maintain and operate MQ Instances and MQ
  
• Investigate and resolve application faults and
  
• Monitor and optimise system
  
• Apply patching and configuration
  
• Be responsible for implementing solutions, workaround, or request for
  
• Document solutions to
  
• Maintain procedural
  
• Complete problem/incident/change
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, analyse problems and derive long term solutions and/or
  
• Automate processes (using Ansible, Python and related tools).
  
• Provide on-call out of hours
  
• Undertake other Ad-hoc duties as
  

Primary Technologies: WebSphere Platform and IBM MQ

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in system administration of the following technology platforms: Unix/Linux Websphere Application Server MQ Server and Appliances
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in system administration in Unix/Linux technology
  
• Experience in system administration in Websphere Application Server technology
  
• Experience in system administration in MQ Server and Appliances technology
  
• Knowledge of Automation using Shell script, Ansible,
