Job Description
education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably a recognized accountant certification such as CPA or CMA.
Experience:
Previous experience as an accountant or financial analyst is usually at least 2-4 years, including experience supervising financial statements and financial reports.
Supervision skills:
Ability to manage and supervise the accounting and finance team effectively and skillfully direct them.
Analysis skills:
Strong analytical skills to accurately understand and analyze financial data and use it to make financial decisions.
Knowledge of accounting software:
Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial reporting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
