Job Description
Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management, or related field. The position may require an advanced degree such as a master's in financial management or a similar specialty.
Knowledge of Finance and Credit: Deep understanding of financial management and credit control concepts, including credit evaluation, risk management, and financial statement analysis.
Leadership and Management Skills: The ability to effectively lead the credit control unit work team, and direct and motivate members to achieve the department’s goals.
Analysis and decision-making skills: The ability to accurately analyze financial and credit data, and make strategic decisions based on these analyses.
