Role Requirements

• Degree qualified construction professional with extensive experience operating within a main- contracting environment
• Established relationships with key industry/sector clients and consultants.
• Able to demonstrate the tenacity, self[1]motivation, ability, and drive to succeed.
• Confidence and presence to professionally represent Mace to a wide variety of external parties.
• Proven track record in major construction projects against a background of excellent client care and a first-class technical environment Strong commercial mind with the ability to preserve company interests at all times.
• Ability to communicate in a wide variety of ways, upholding the Mace brand.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly demonstrating the ability to influence and negotiate successfully both internally and externally.
• Experience in working in a delivery environment, interacting, and developing relationships with external consultants and supply chain.
• Profile at a senior level within the retrofit sector
• Possess considerable gravitas that will appeal to clients and gain the respect of senior management.
• Contribute with fresh ideas on strategy, best practice and innovation that will challenge the norm.
• The ability and gravitas to mentor and develop junior members of the team.
• An experienced technical strategist who puts innovation at the forefront of what they do.
