- Collaborating with global counterparts, the Director is responsible for product design encompassing Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) solutions.
- They establish and nurture relationships with Shipping Lines, Rail Providers, Agents, and other vendors, fostering strategic partnerships with core carriers and key suppliers.
- The Director oversees Trade Lane Management and offers cutting-edge product solutions.
- They handle Rate/Capacity Procurement and define and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Managing space and allocations, the Director drives growth both independently and in collaboration with the Sales team.
- They serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regional and global opportunities, playing a pivotal role in securing deals. Guiding pricing strategies, including RFQ coordination and margin guidelines, the Director ensures streamlined processes and productivity through automation.
