- Determines overall marketing campaign ROI. Monitors and reviews the response rates in order to improve and take corrective measures (where applicable).
- Pro-actively promote Rooms, Food and Beverage including Banquet/Conferences, or any other current or forthcoming activities which lead to potential sources of business.
- Conduct market analysis on a regular basis and especially before outlet opening or re-positioning.
- Ensure hotel information is updated regularly on the intranet, kempinski.com and third party websites.
- Implement advertising plan in strategic feeder market and supervise ROI and apply corrective measures if needed.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines.
- Ensure all creatives are reviewed and approved by Corporate Marketing in a timely manner before advertising agency or printer proceeds.
- Maintain updates of corporate marketing guidelines and inform colleagues.
