Director of Manufacturing

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the Director of Manufacturing position will have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of production cost management and budgeting.
• Experience with systems control and maintaining process documents.
• A strong understanding of HSSE and EHS regulations and strategies for compliance.
• Proven experience with cost reduction initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma, would be an advantage.
