Job Description
Academic qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in cable and wire manufacturing, and R&D within the industry.
Technical knowledge:
Deep understanding of cable manufacturing processes and technologies used in production.
Advanced knowledge of insulation materials, conductors, cable types and manufacturing techniques.
R&D ability:
Experience in managing and directing research and development within the cable industry.
The ability to develop new products and improve production processes in line with market needs and technical developments.
