- Lead projects from conception through execution, partnering with several other cross functional teams to develop compelling and effective design solutions
- Lead the Design & Estimation team across GCC and continue the upscaling of the AE brand.
- Review and approve design documents at various stages of project development. Interact with appropriate resources to plan and monitor the process to meet specified needs and resolve identified issues
- Be an expert in international design trends and specification. Bring a high level of design standards, practice and aesthetics to all design solutions and executions
