⭐ Experience and requirements:
- Expertise in Industry 4.0 (e.g., IIOT solutions, data analytics) and experience driving digital transformation programs.
- Successful experience in project, portfolio, and change management.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies preferred.
- Expertise in data governance principles, data management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to translate business needs into potential digital solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma experience, including process mapping and process re-design.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience developing product and portfolio roadmaps in alignment with business needs.
- Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA.
