Job Description Become an essential part of the Paid Search team, optimising client campaigns, building client relationships and developing digital marketing skills through a combination of theoretical, hands-on and team based learning. With supervision initially, develop and maintain client accounts to prepare you to manage your own client accounts Assist in delivering campaigns to achieve client objectives, e.g. performance data analysis, assisting with day-to-day optimisation and administration Develop technical skills to complete assigned tasks Attend status meetings with clients whilst shadowing senior colleagues Support colleagues in your team throughout your 6 month training period Development Learn through structured training; working with and shadowing colleagues; completing tasks and seeking feedback Benefit from the training programme, focusing on your core role as well as other specialisms, i.e. automation / reporting Complete regular assessments as part of your training programme Skills and Experience Genuine interest in digital marketing Strong analytical and numerical skills Previous experience in paid search and/or paid social is desired but not essential Good communication skills to interact with clients by email, phone and in person Educated to degree level, within Marketing or a STEM subject is desired Personality Fit Ability to manage your time and prioritise between multiple tasks Ability to work independently; work to deadlines, ask for support when needed Ability to think critically and creatively to identify new opportunities An open, problem solving, can-do attitude Good attention to detail Location : London (Old Street) Hybrid working : Two days per week in the office is standard, you may be required in the office for training more often during your probation period (6 months).
