Hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or any related field.
Experience in the field of architectural design, space planning and project implementation.
Excellent skills in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.
Ability to lead and motivate a design team, identify client needs and transform them into a creative and practical design.
Knowledge of relevant building regulations, standards and local codes.
