Design Manager SteelMetal Fabrication - BADSAR HR CONSULTANCY

• Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of Structural Engineering experience in fabrication.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABETaccredited program.
• Proficient in Revit AutoCAD RAM Structural System and SAP 2000.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural analysis and design for new and rehabilitative projects.
• Prepare technical reports construction drawings and specifications.
• Attend design meetings and site inspections collaborating with clients and partners.
• Interact and collaborate with inhouse drafters and engineers.
• Design diverse structures including buildings retaining walls and wastewater treatment plants.

• Additional Requirements:

• S.E. certification is preferred.
• Experience in ETABS is desirable.
• 10 years of experience in structural analysis and design preferred.

• Management and Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
• Plan and prioritize design projects ensuring successful execution within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with branding and business goals.

• Quality Assurance and Industry Knowledge:

• Ensure all tender documentation meets requirements and standards.
• Conduct cost estimation obtain bids and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Stay updated on professional knowledge through workshops publications and industry participation.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results maintaining continuity and following organizational standards.
