Status & Salary: Non-Exempt & $20 per hour plus

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Responsible for prospecting and calling on new potential commercial accounts to develop roster of new clients to achieve sales goals while maintaining appropriate record-keeping and reporting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prospect sales of 20-30 new business each day by making cold calls and onsite visits
  
• Keeps management informed by submitting timely activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory
  
• Achieves or exceeds sales goals or quotas
  
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and services offered, merchandising techniques,
  
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  
• Recommends changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  
• Attends trade or industry shows or events as requested
  
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  

• Engages regularly with customers to ensure a customary satisfactory
  
• Attends staff meetings and training as
