Responsibilities
• Review order requirements and identify product configurations and options
• Complete engineering documentation like bills of materials, drawings, and schematics
• Develop and design custom solutions to meet customer requirements
• Support customer requests for product information and resolve basic product issues
• Prepare technical documents, SOPs, and installation and operation manuals
• Verify Bill of Materials according to specifications and project requirements
• Interact with various teams like production planning, supply chain, and project management
