Design Coordinator

You’ll Need To Have

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Experience of design coordination with multiple consultants.
• Good knowledge and application of design management systems, design risk management and mitigation.
• Strong BIM literacy, BIM management and BIM deliverables.
  

You’ll Also Have

• Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Construction and consultancy expertise.
• Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
• Experience of working in large, diverse teams.
• Experience of developing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
